One of the core components of Spreading Smiles is the food distribution drive. Recognizing that hunger remains a pressing issue, our students and staff come together to prepare and distribute nutritious meals to those in need. In addition to food, we understand the basic necessity of clothing. Through our clothes distribution program, we collect gently used clothes and distribute them to those who lack proper attire. Greening Our Earth

Spreading Smiles also extends to our environment with our tree plantation drives. We believe in fostering a connection between our students and nature, encouraging them to play an active role in environmental conservation. Caring for the Elderly

Our students regularly visit old age homes, where they spend time with the elderly, listening to their stories, sharing laughter, and offering companionship. Supporting Orphanages

In a special gesture, Spreading Smiles also includes a heartfelt "Thank You" campaign dedicated to all the public officials who work tirelessly to make our daily lives easier. Whether it’s the police officers ensuring our safety, the sanitation workers keeping our surroundings clean, or the healthcare workers caring for our well-being, we take this opportunity to express our gratitude to these unsung heroes. Our students participate in writing thank-you notes, creating appreciation cards, and even organizing small events to honor their service.
